Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide hospital-based procedural and call coverage as a Gastroenterologist
- Perform therapeutic ERCP procedures, sphincterotomies, and stent placements
- Manage inpatient gastroenterology consults and emergencies during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with the hospital care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Missouri medical license
- Board certification in Gastroenterology required
- Demonstrated competence with at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies, and 10 stent placements in the past 12 months, or recent completion of fellowship training
