• That’s up to you! Part-time or extra time - you tell us when you’re available.

• That’s up to you too! We’ll only show you dashes for the areas you selected.

HOW TO DASH

• You guessed it - also up to you! Car, e-bike, scooter, unicycle… whatever your wheels.

GET READY TO DASH

• We’ll get a few details from you so we can do a quick background check.

WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

• We’ll get you to do a couple of onboarding sessions, such as an online food safety training.
• You’ll be able to download the Dasher app and tell us when and where you want to dash.

A FEW LAST BITS

• You’ll need to hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa to be a Dasher.
• DoorDash drivers (Dashers) are independent contractors. That means you’ll need to sort out your own tax, but we help make it easy by giving you detailed breakdowns of your earnings.
• If you’re using a motor vehicle to dash, you’ll need a licence and your vehicle will need a current rego and WOF.
