Production Worker

Consistent 3rd‑shift schedule with immediate start and hands‑on food manufacturing experience. Production Associate/Machine Operator; 3rd shift (9:00 PM–5:00 AM); Sioux Falls, SD; short‑term assignment (temporary), immediate start; $20.00/hr. - Must be 18+ with HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience - Availability for 3rd shift (9:00 PM–5:00 AM) - Ability to follow GMP, HACCP, OSHA, SQF food‑safety standards - Ability to lift/stack 25‑lb cases and rotate positions every 2 hours - Prior production/machine operation experience preferred (electric pallet jack & HACCP a plus)

Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate / Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the 3rd Shift Assembly and Packaging Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Production Associate / Machine Operator
Location: Sioux Falls SD
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

• Work on a fast‑paced production and assembly line handling raw materials and finished food products
• Rotate positions every two hours and assist in multiple areas of the production facility
• Operate and monitor machines including inserters, cheese sealers, metal detection, box tapers, and pallet stackers
• Stack and palletize finished product, including lifting and stacking 25‑lb cases
• Start up, shut down, set up, and change over production equipment as needed

 

What’s Needed?

• Availability to work 3rd shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) starting 
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow GMP, HACCP, OSHA, SQF, and other food safety and quality standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic math ability
• Prior production or machine operation experience preferred (electric pallet jack & HACCP certification a plus)
