- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (No weekends or overtime)
- Shift Length: 8 Hour Days
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 - $2,278
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.41/mile
- Active RN license in North Carolina or Compact State (required for North Carolina nursing jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for homecare visits
- Preferred: Experience with HCHB, Wound Care, IV, Ports, Wound Vac, and Oasis documentation
- Strong assessment, care planning, and communication skills
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in home and community healthcare settings
- Deliver case management, health maintenance, and disease prevention services
- Supervise care plans and support staff as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Oversee medication administration, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to physicians and care teams
- Complete all required nursing documentation (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Maintain infection control standards for medical equipment and supplies
- Schedule and follow up on patient health-related appointments
- Provide training for new employees and annual recertification on health and safety procedures
- Ensure unlicensed staff are trained on patient-specific health needs
