Employed hospitalist role with RVU-based, uncapped pay and leadership growth. Full-time Hospitalist in Tallahassee area, FL; permanent employed position covering ~170 acute beds. Physician-driven, flexible shift schedule; no ICU procedures (intensivists cover ICU). Benefits include health/dental/vision, STD/LTD, 403(b) + 457(b), CME/license coverage. - Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience (preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification

--Employed Hospitalist group is seeking an additional provider.
--Group is currently made up of 28 physicians and 12 mid-level providers.
--No ICU procedures are required as we have intensivists that cover the ICU.
--The group covers around 170 of the acute beds within the hospital.
--The group has a physician-driven schedule that allows for better patient care by reducing patient turnover and increasing continuity of care.
--Physician-focused compensation plan and great opportunities for leadership and growth. RVU based compensation with No Cap
