Job Title: Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Urgent Care
Location: Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care, Henderson, KY
Position Overview:
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Care team. This is an hourly position with a competitive base rate and an incentive compensation plan, offering the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus. You will provide high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care services, including routine acute care, physicals, and minor procedures (e.g., laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nail treatment, splinting, and foreign body removal).
- Work in a fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for both inpatient and outpatient care.
- Work 3 12-hour shifts per week, with 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.
- Ensure quality patient care while working in a collaborative team environment.
Schedule:
- 3 12-hour shifts per week
- 2 weekends every 6 weeks
- Urgent care clinics are open 365 days a year, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Compensation:
- Competitive base rate
- Incentive compensation plan with the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus.
Qualifications:
- Licensure in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
- Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent certification as a Physician Assistant (PA).
- Strong clinical skills in urgent care or related fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
