Schedule:Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (No nights, weekends, holidays, or call)
Compensation:$270,000 " $300,000 + up to $30,000 sign-on bonus + robust incentive package
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic physician leader to serve asClinic Medical Directorin a well-established urgent care setting. This role allows you to maintain a strong clinical presence while shaping practice operations, mentoring colleagues, and driving quality outcomes.
Youll spend most of your time in direct patient care, with time allocated for leadership responsibilities such as overseeing clinicians, enhancing workflow, ensuring quality, and supporting patient and client satisfaction.
This is an ideal position for a physician who enjoys practicing medicine while also embracing clinical leadership.

Competitive base salary:$270,000"$300,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care while serving as physician leader for the clinic
Ensure delivery of exceptional patient experiences and outcomes
Collaborate with therapists and specialists for optimal care
Supervise APCs and clinical staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
Support clinic operations and performance metrics
Enhance community and client relationships
Drive continuous improvement while maintaining a collaborative culture
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted medical license in CA
DEA license (required prior to start)
Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty preferred
Eligible for Medicare participation
FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
