The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will provide anesthesia care across various surgical specialties in a 25-bed hospital setting with a focus on emergent and scheduled procedures. Responsibilities include anesthesia administration, operating room turnover, anesthesia cart management, and patient transport, often without immediate backup. Candidates must have ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications and experience with EPIC EMR, and be comfortable with a call schedule requiring rapid response times.
Alliance Health Staffing has a need for a CRNA to join our team in Southern Oregon. Just miles from the California border, and about 15 minutes from an international airport, the location has key amenities to make this a golden opportunity.

- Coverage needed starting in June 2024
- Has the potential to be ongoing
- 8-12 hours per day, 4 days per week
- Call schedule: 1-2 calls per 4 day week, weekend call, Light (Fri-Mon)
- Call requirements: 15 min arrival to OR for emergent C section after contact with 30 min cut after notification time, Coverage for endoscopic procedures, after hour & emergent OR procedures, OB labor epidurals, ED sedation, intubation, support as needed, Hospitalist floor support.
- 3 operating rooms, 25 bed facility, no internal medicine support other than Hospitalist.
- Need flexible individual with team work mentality.
- Assist in OR room turnover, anesthesia OR cart stocking, no anesthesia tech support, patient transport to OR and PACU
- EPIC EMR anesthesia experience is best
- No ICU availability
- Comfortable with working with no immediate backup available, especially on weekend call
- ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required
- Case load: General Surgery, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental
- Rare trauma, mostly ortho & eye
- No hearts, neuro, vascular
