Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Nursing experience in primary or specialty care clinic or ambulatory surgical/infusion center
