-Must be Pediatric BC -Level 1 Trauma -Have to be clean providers - No Malpractice -Will see all cases but complicated, high risk (Heads and hearts) are taken by staff members -Locums will not need to supervise -Would love to find someone with Cardiovascular Anes experience -Will need Neonatal case logs (12 months) -2 references upon presentation -90 days for credentialing
