Job Description:A leading hospital system in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is actively seeking a Breast Surgeon to join its expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing breast surgery program in a state-of-the-art facility that is committed to providing top-tier patient care. The hospital will consider new graduates, including 2025 residents. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with breast disease, including benign and malignant conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in hospital breast cancer initiatives, tumor boards, and quality improvement programs.
Engage in community outreach and patient education programs related to breast health.
Maintain compliance with hospital and national healthcare quality standards.
Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery with Fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology (preferred).
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary: Expected range of $350,000 $450,000, commensurate with experience (Negotiable)
