What You’ll Need:
- Valid NBCOT certification
- Montana state occupational therapy license
- Minimum of 1 year SNF experience
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to adapt and manage a flexible schedule
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with facilities over 100 beds
- Experience in electronic medical records such as Net Health or PointClickCare
- Enthusiasm for onboarding and supporting traveler colleagues
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Prior SNF experience, especially in larger facilities
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with onboarding travelers
- No on-call responsibilities
- Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work in exchange for weekdays off
