Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience and current RCIS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in a cardiac catheterization lab performing diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Adult cardiac and peripheral vascular patient population
- May float to other units within clinical scope as needed
- Day shifts available: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 5x8 hour shifts
- Weekend call coverage may be required
- Uses Epic for charting
- Responsibilities include performing all cardiac cath lab and peripheral interventions
- Scrubs are provided
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to receive travel rates
- Local candidates are accepted at a different rate
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath labs
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications required
- EP lab experience is a plus
- Valid state license or certification required at the time of consideration if applicable
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
