Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active State Physical Therapy License in Washington required to start the assignment.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.Experience treating geriatric populations and familiarity with restorative nursing programs preferred.
