Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
- Ensure all production machinery operates at peak efficiency through regular maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Implement strategies for equipment maintenance and reliability to minimize downtime.
- Mentor and train team members on proactive equipment care and routine checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and adhere to manufacturer recommended schedules.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED; Technical Training Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Exceptional work ethic and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
