Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $215,000 ? $230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
- Annual performance bonus: Up to $10,000
- Total earning potential: $240,000+ per year

Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Outpatient-only pediatric primary care setting
- See 25?30 patients per day
- Deliver routine care including well-child exams, vaccinations, and sports physicals
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Use EMR for accurate and timely charting
- Collaborate with a team-focused, multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional family-centered care
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric patients
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
