A suburban pain management practice in Northern Alabama is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician for locum or permanent positions specializing in pain management procedures. The role involves outpatient evaluation and multidisciplinary patient care from Monday to Friday with no weekend or call duties. Candidates must hold a valid AL license, DEA registration, and have experience with various pain management procedures such as spinal injections and kyphoplasty.
We are seeking a referral and would appreciate your assistance.Suburban Pain Management Practice is seeking a Physician to work on a locum's and/or locum's to perm basis starting immediately.We are not accepting Visa candidates: Reference: SMPPPIThis is fairly a new practice located in Northern Alabama in a metropolitan area. They are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pain Management candidate who can do procedures and who is looking to work in a busy practice. Pain Management Fellowship is preferred, but certainly not required. Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (days & hours can be flexible - options available to suit provider)Census: 25-30 patients per day No weekends and No call!Requirements: Must be BC /BE, have a current DEA & AL License, Clean Databank and No significant malpractice history.This group offers outpatient evaluation and a multidisciplinary approach to pain. The practice consists of 2 MA's, Practice Administrator, Office Manager, Lab Tech, PTA, PA., NP and Receptionist, Workers' Compensation Professionals, and an excellent support staff of Nurses. Everyone on staff genuinely cares about all of our patients. We work diligently to assure each patient receives the absolute best care available. Most procedures are performed in our office under fluoroscopy. Physician should be comfortable with Lumbar kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, Interlaminar epidural steroid injections (Cervical, thoracic, lumbar), Spinal cord stimulator trials, Splanchnic nerve block/neurolysis, Superior hypogastric block/neurolysis and trigger point injections.
