Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics in an outpatient clinic
Setting: Outpatient Brattleboro Family Medicine
Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum family or internal medicine outpatient care
Average daily census of 14 patients
32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative duties
Participate in 1:11 on-call rotation (phone calls only)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Support quality improvement and succession planning
Required Procedures: None specified
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team in place
Days Per Month: Full-time (Monday Friday)
On-Call/Weekends: Call 1:11 phone call only
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
DEA REQUIRED
BLS REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice History REQUIRED
Active Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain before start) REQUIRED
Must be able to start by Fall 2025 REQUIRED
