Hospital employed $1M guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus plan $150k commencement bonus $100k retention bonus Call 1 : 3 Paid call includes trauma coverage and it is equally shared amongst the group Opportunities for upper extremities, sports surgery, and complex revisions Hand Surgeon on staff Support structure includes a NP, Nurse and CNA per MD Busy from day one Premium Cost Share on health, dental and vision insurance for physician and family Professional liability insurance Long-term disability Life insurance Profit sharing contribution plan or 401(k) 4 weeks PTO & 6 paid Holidays 10 days CME with $4.5k CME Reimbursement Relocation State-of-the-Art Practice Facilities 147-bed hospital offering a full complement of medical services
