About the position:- 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options
- Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model
- Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10
- Join a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff
- Teaching opportunities available
- Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care (optional)
