Our practice has subspecialties including Retina, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, Refractive, and Oculoplastic Surgery. We have a beautiful state-of-the-art office for our cohesive team in Bethlehem, PA. - Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
- A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
- Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients.
- Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75 th %ile compensation
- Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including (health, vision, dental, life, etc.) and a 401(k).
