Responsibilities:
Implement and supervise behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Provide direct therapy services to clients, including ABA-based activities and exercises
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
Education: Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Experience: Some experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
