The role offers a thoughtfully designed schedule with no weekends, no call, and extended appointment times to foster meaningful patient relationships. At Health by Design, we re reimagining what primary care can be. We don t chase volume or RVUs we invest in relationships, prevention, and whole-person healing. Our mission-driven, faith-based clinics focus on wellness, lifestyle medicine, education, and compassionate connection, empowering patients to take ownership of their health and thrive.

As we open our new primary care clinic in Corpus Christi in Spring 2026, we are seeking two Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our growing team:

One full-time position
One part-time position

Thoughtfully Designed Schedule

Clinic hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
No weekends, no major holidays
No call
No after-hours charting

$20K Sign-On Bonus
