Permanent, full-time; Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30 (3.5 clinic days, 1 procedure day, 0.5 admin). No call, no weekends. EMR: Epic. - Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Management and Neurology
- Fellowship-trained in Pain Management
- BLS and ACLS required
- Experience with injections and outpatient pain procedures preferred

Seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Pain Management physician with Neurology to join 4 MD?s and 3 APP?s in an outpatient practice
--See 20 patients per day ? adult population
--Mon ? Fri 8a ? 4:30p; 3.5 Clinic Days, 1 procedure day and .5 admin time
--No Call ? No Weekends
--EMR: Epic
--Typical cases include acute migraines, trigeminal pain, lumbar/cervical pain, knee & shoulder injections, medical management
--Experience is preferred
Required: BLS, ACLS
Base Salary $350k-$400k depending on experience, quality/productivity bonuses, retention bonus, relocation, 22 vacation days, 8 holidays, CME allowance $5k + 5 days, malpractice, full benefits
