Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details

• Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (02138) – Boston metro area
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical (Telemetry)
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: February 28, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts RN license preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel nurses only – local Massachusetts candidates not accepted
• No time off requests permitted during contract period

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Float to various hospital units within the scope of Med/Surg Tele as needed
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment
