Compensation and Benefits Details- Salary: $600K
- RVU Conversion Factor: $73
- Call is 1:4 (included in base salary)
- Excess Call: $750 - per weeknight; 24 hours per weekend
- Starting Bonus: $50K
- Includes 25% of ECC
