Job Description

• Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)
  • Occasional consults on Sundays
  • 3-6 month block
  • No on-call responsibilities

• Practice Type:

  • Hospital-based Practice (Office/Clinic 90%, Hospital 10%)

• Caseload:

  • 75% Adults, 15% Pediatrics

• Team:

  • Dosimetrists & Physicists: Remote (centralized)
  • Radiation Therapists: 2

• Locum Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Radiation Therapists (RTTs)

• Required Procedures:

  • EBRT, Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS

• Treatment Planning:

  • Conventional Treatment Planning
  • Beam Shaping (MLC)
  • IMRT
  • PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
  • EPI
  • COG protocols

Special Equipment

• Elekta Synergy: Photon/electron treatments including 3D, IMRT, and VMAT
• CT simulator in radiology

Computer System/Software

• Arial/Eclipse

Primary EMR

• Epic

Requirements

• Must have SC License and Clean Background
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline)
