- Team Composition: 1 Physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; No Holidays, No Weekends
- Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient
- Expected Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day

Requirements:- Must be Board-Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine
- Must possess an unrestricted New Mexico Medical License or be eligible for licensure in the state of New Mexico
