Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the Operations/Inventory team supporting manufacturing and distribution functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization
Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Andover, MA (On-site)
Pay Range: $21.38/hr
What’s the Job?
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory processes
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and variances
- Monitor and control material flow using inventory systems and reports
- Verify incoming materials and identify physical and financial variances
- Prepare inventory records, reports, and support continuous improvement efforts
What’s Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, materials, or warehouse operations
- Experience with cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site, communicate in English, and work overtime as needed
