Position Snapshot:- Full-Time, W-2
- Pediatric-only, high-acuity anesthesia
- Care Team Model: 1:1 or 2:1 depending on case complexity
- CRNAs perform regionals (including caudal), invasive lines, and staff all specialties including cardiac and trauma
- 24/7 CRNA presence for trauma, airway, and cardiac backup (no routine overnight case coverage)
Compensation Overview:- Base Pay: $93.42$144.80/hour ( $194K$301K annually)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- SRNAs Only - Pre-Graduation Stipend: $50K (2-year commitment)or $75K (3-year)75% upfront, 25% at 90 day mark of employment
- Relocation Assistance: Yes (for moves over 50 miles)
- Licensure, DEA, and professional association fees fully reimbursed
Total Compensation Note:When factoring in salary, sign-on bonus, 403(b) retirement match, dependent college tuition benefit, wellness bonuses, and employer-covered licensure, the total compensation package exceeds $230K to $350K+ annually, depending on tenure and shift/call participation.
Time Off & Differentials:- 6 to 8+ weeks of paid time off, depending on years of service
- 1 week CME + $4,000 CME stipend

- Shift & call differentials:
- 24-hour shift premium: +$20/hr (if elected)
- Backup call: $10$15/hr
- Cardiac call (for cardiac CRNAs only): $10$15/hr
