Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Room RN with a FL or compact RN license and willingness to float between multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes individuals requiring acute emergency care
- 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required
- Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
- Required to float between Lake Placid, Sebring, and Wauchula facilities
- No on-call responsibilities
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Mandatory pre-shift huddle is required and is paid
- Candidates will receive first day instructions from the facility prior to the start date
- COVID vaccination is required for consideration
Requirements
- Active FL or compact state RN license
- Previous Emergency Department RN experience required
- Must meet facility's 75-mile permanent address radius requirement for travel status
- Must not have worked at the facility in the previous year to be eligible
