A fully independent, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital seeks a CRNA / Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its team outside Denver, Colorado (CO) in Nebraska (NE).
Position Highlights:

- Only work 55% of the year with 174 days off annually

- Full-scope practice including, but not limited to, Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics, Podiatry, ENT, and General Surgery
- Able to perform various blocks and taps and training for such procedures is available
- No Open Heart Cases
- New graduates and visa holders can be considered
Compensation Highlights:
- Base salary of $343,000 + productivity bonuses
- Sign-on bonus of $60,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
