We re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our exceptional team in the post-acute care setting. If you re passionate about providing top-notch care to patients transitioning from ICU to skilled nursing facilities, we want to meet you. Bonus points if you ve mastered the art of calming families and fixing printer jams in the same day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients managing acute and chronic conditions. (Translation: You ll be the superhero they didn t know they needed.)
- Develop and oversee cost-effective treatment plans while ensuring the best outcomes for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, all while maintaining your sanity.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and a multidisciplinary team because teamwork makes the dream work.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care, long-term acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation. (If you ve survived that, you re ready for anything.)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and NP licensure in Missouri.
- A collaborative approach to care, paired with excellent communication skills.
- An ability to thrive in the Kirkwood area (and maybe find the best coffee nearby).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 $130,000.
- Quarterly bonus plan because we appreciate your hard work.
- Flexible schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week (we understand work-life balance is a thing).
