Position Highlights :
- Clinical Volume & Resources: High-volume retina practice with strong referral base, three dedicated exam lanes, procedure room, and separate imaging suite
- Dedicated Support Team: Ophthalmic tech, midlevel support staff, injection room tech, scribe, and photography team
- Retina-only weekday call: (1:2); weekend call (1:6) shared with community group; limited general call
- Teaching & Research: 90% clinical, 10% education; train residents and retina fellow; access to cutting-edge clinical trials, including retina gene therapy
- Surgical Facilities: Level 1 trauma center; opportunity to perform complex retinal procedures, including retinal detachment repair and trauma/ruptured globe
- Subspecialty Clinic: Retina subspecialty care at Lakeland Drive location
Compensation & Benefits :
