Position Highlights:
- Part-time Medical Director role (2 days/week) in a skilled nursing facility
- Flexible weekday rounding schedule no minimum hours
- Provide clinical leadership and direct patient care

- Guide and mentor advanced practice clinicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
- No primary night call
Job Duties:
- Perform primary care rounding for post-acute and long-term care patients
- Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions
- Conduct case reviews and support APPs with clinical guidance
- Implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals and facility standards
- Contribute to practice growth and operational excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual compensation: $138,324 $159,028 (productivity-based, no cap)

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care a plus
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or in process)
- Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority (or in process)
