Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years

Volume of cases Approximately 12-15 visits/day
Outpatient visits consist of established patient visits and answering clinical questions
No surgeries or procedures required
BLS required
24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
