High ECMO volume (70–90/yr) and 24‑hr intensivist team in a cardiac ICU. Critical Care Intensivist, inpatient cardiac ICU; daytime in‑person rounds, home night call; Oklahoma locum opportunity; shift covers bronchoscopy, chest tubes, ECMO cannulations; average census 12–16; contract locum (contact for length). - Must have critical care fellowship or equivalent - Experience with ECMO, VADs/MCS - Credentialed to perform bronchoscopy and chest‑tube procedures - Ability to take home night call - Active physician license (OK) or eligibility

Seeking a Critical Care Medicine physician to join an inpatient practice in Oklahoma. 24hr Intensivist coverage in cardiac ICU. Anesthesia, Pulmonary, and other fellowship-trained Intensivists are welcome. Familiarity with ECMO, VADs, and other MCS required. In-person rounding during the day, home call at night. The physician is only needed at night for bronchoscopy, chest tubes, or ECMO cannulations. Anesthesia or APP intubates at night. Average census 12-16 patients. Post-op cardiac and vascular, advanced heart failure, MCS and ECMO. 70-90 ECMO/yr. 24hr surgeon coverage for ECMO cannulations. No COVID unless on ECMO.
