The position is for a Critical Care/ICU Nurse Practitioner in a high-acuity cardiac surgery ICU, managing complex cases such as CABG, valve replacements, and advanced cardiac assist devices. The role involves 3x13-hour rotating shifts with flexibility for nights-only or part-time work, requiring skills in ECMO, Impella, VAD management, and advanced procedures. Candidates must be experienced, able to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, and certified in ACLS and BLS.
