As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients in emergency situations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and standards of care
- Documenting patient care according to standards
- Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
- Developing and executing patient care plans tailored to individual needs
- Participating in department performance improvement activities
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance to other units
- Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and experience
- Participating in professional nursing activities and peer review processes
Requirements for this position include:
- Active WI RN Licensure
- Education verification
- Flu vaccination
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- TNCC or TNS certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
