As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Haven Homes, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type: Part-Time
Shifts Available (including every other weekend):
Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $27 - $33.57 / hour, depending on experience
Shift Differential: Evenings $4 /hour
Bonus: $5,000 (Part-Time)

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:- Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
- Prior LTC experience preferred.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
