Locum Gastroenterologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Holbrook, NC.

• We are looking for another GI locum to cover 7-10 days at a time for hospital coverage.
• The call varies.
• There can be anywhere from 6-15 consults in a day it truly varies.
• Call Type: In-House.
• Specialty Skills Required: Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), with injection of varices),
• With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy), Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Flexible, Rigid, Colonoscopy (with biopsy, with excision of polyp), Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS).
• Specialty Skills Preferred: ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic.
• ACLS, BLS.
• Fellowship: Required.
• Licensed in NC only.
• EMR: Epic.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days.
• 500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
