Highpoint Health Winchester, in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our outpatient Urology clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Call: None

• OR: None

• Experience: Urology experience preferred

• Support Team: 1 Coordinator, 1 LPN, and 2 Medical Assistants

• Technology: Athena (Clinic EMR), MediTech (Hospital EMR)

Position Overview:
The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting, managing follow-up visits, diagnostics, and patient education. The role offers a consistent schedule with no call, ensuring excellent work-life balance.
