Respiratory Therapist – Peds & Adult (Marshfield, WI) Shift: 3×12 (Day 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM / Night 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule: Every 3rd weekend | Every other holiday | Occasional off-shift call (1900–0400, volunteers) Experience: Min 2 years RT | Trauma Level 2 or 3 experience required | Must have NICU/PICU/Peds experience | First-time travelers accepted | Travel duos accepted Certs: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, RRT License: Wisconsin RT required (6–8 weeks processing) Locals: Within 80 miles – rate reduced $8/hr Patient Population & Duties: NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, Adult MS & ED Inpatient and ED coverage ABGs, CBGs, assist with intubation, may place King airway during code blue Cover EKG department overnight as needed Equipment: Vents: Servo U/I, PB840, Hamilton T1 BiPAP/CPAP: V-60, V-30, Resmeds Highflow: Vapotherm INOmax Plus, Oscillators, Cough assist, Volara Orientation & Notes: Express orientation with leadership + 3–4 days on floors Must indicate prior Marshfield employment (6-month gap required) Scrubs: Any color; supportive footwear encouraged Clock in/out required
