We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Primary Care setting located onsite with a valued enterprise client. This position is ideal for a provider with a strong background in outpatient care and a passion for delivering patient-centered services in a collaborative environment.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of primary care experience
Comfortable with paper charting (some sites may also use EMR)
Ability to manage a wide range of visits, including:
Support & Facility Highlights:
Onsite Medical Assistants and Administrative staff
Onsite lab for blood draws (processed by Quest) and POC testing
Integrated services including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Care Management, and Behavioral Health (Psychologists)
What You ll Do:
Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop care plans and provide patient instructions
Prescribe medications or recommend treatments
Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care
Refer to physicians or specialists when needed
Educate and mentor nursing staff
What You ll Bring:
Active RN and NP/PA licensure and certification to practice
State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
Federal DEA License (per state requirements)
State Controlled Substance License (if required)
Current national board certification (ANCC or AANP for NPs)
