The Radiology Physician interprets diagnostic imaging studies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to provide accurate medical diagnoses. They collaborate with healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and utilize advanced technology including PACS and AI tools to enhance workflow. The role involves working in both ER and outpatient settings with flexible scheduling, requiring licensure and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and report on various diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with medical staff and referring physicians to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize modern, efficient PACS, dictation, and AI tools to enhance workflow and accuracy
Needs NV license in hand or IMLC
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Needs to be able to read 80-100 wrvu per shift
Cerner EMR
This will be a mix ER and Outpatient. Modality of cases consists of 50% simple X-Ray, 25% CT, 15% Ultrasound, 10% MRI
