The Ingot Equipment Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment in a solar panel production facility to minimize downtime. This role requires the ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, maintain parts inventory, and ensure safety compliance. Candidates should have experience with mechanical and electrical schematics and preferably a background in manufacturing or automated production lines.

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Shift Technicians to support equipment maintenance operations in a solar panel manufacturing facility. Technicians in this role are crucial to ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and minimizing downtime.
Schedule:
Training: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
After Training: 6AM-6:30PM or 6PM-6:10AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Pay: $24.00/hr Base + $1.00 (Night shift Differential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Quickly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to maintain production flow.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory for timely repairs and replacements.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks and submit reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
- Up to 5 years of experience in equipment or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to read and analyze electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production facility.
- Familiarity with maintaining automated production lines.
