Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step Down unit night shift position, requiring an AL or compact RN license and at least one year of recent step down experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a hospital step down unit
- Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius
- Care for step down unit patients during night shifts
- RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
- Returning travelers must adhere to 2-year separation rule from previous permanent CHS employment
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license required
- At least 1 year of recent step down experience
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Current certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the previous 2 years
