Working in endo suite and main OR.• Patient Volume: 8 patients per day• Patient Age Group: varies• EMR/Documentation System: EpicRequirements: • Board Certifications Req d?: BC in Gastroenterology required• State Licenses Req d?: TN required• Certifications Req d? BLS / ALS / DOT / etc: ERCP a must BLS• Specific Skills Req d?: ERCP required• DEA Req d?: Yes• Are vaccines mandatory?: vaccine exemptions accepted with proper medical documentation• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgroundPrivileging Timeframe: 90 daysAre you willing To License?: NoIMLC Accepted?: NoWhich travel is billable? airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc: all travelRates: Orientation: 250/hr.
