Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Intermediate Care (IMC) unit specializing in telemetry, requiring a MD or compact RN license and BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Intermediate Care (IMC) unit with telemetry monitoring
- Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 to 19:30
- Requires work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
- Floating required to specialty, sister units, and lower acuity units as needed
- Responsibilities include delivering intermediate-level nursing care to patients requiring telemetry
- Floating support provided among the IMC and related units
- Holiday coverage is required as assigned
Requirements
- Active MD or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience required
- BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Will consider first-time travelers
