Sign-on bonus $15,000, $15k relocation and $10k quality incentive. Outpatient-only Primary Care Physician (Med-Peds or Internal Medicine) in Columbia, SC; hospital-employed, permanent role; full-time schedule, clinic-based, comprehensive benefits and 35 days leave (5 CME); malpractice paid. - MD/DO with active SC license or eligible
- Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
- Experience acceptable; able to meet RVU targets (approx. 4800)

? Hospital employed opportunity for an outpatient-only Primary Care provider
? Strong compensation plan- base salary plus WRVU bonus (based on MGMA) ( 200K plus RVU 4800; internist 210K plus RVU)
? Relocation Allowance reimbursable by receipts 15K (based on allowable IRS expenses)
? Comprehensive Benefit Package and Time off ie. Vacation, Holidays and CME is 35 days per year ( CME is 5 days of that)
? Malpractice provided and paid
? $10,000.00 Quality incentive bonus ($2500.00 per quarter based on Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), Completion of Medical Records, and Community Service 4 hours each quarter)
? $15,000.00 Signing Bonus
